Welcome to Trendy Outdoor Tactical Store. We provide tactical and outdoor products including camping gear, clothing accessories, tactical bags, and boots. These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and services, and your purchase of products from us. Please read them carefully.

By accessing our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and any policies referenced here, including our Shipping & Delivery Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or purchase our products.

Products & Availability

We offer a range of products as listed on our website. All products and prices are subject to availability and change without notice. We may limit quantities per order, per household, or per account, and we may discontinue any product at any time.

Pricing, Taxes & Promotions

All prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KES). We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time. If a pricing or typographical error occurs, we may cancel any affected order and refund any amounts paid. Prices may be inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes; any taxes, fees, or duties will be shown at checkout where applicable. Promotions, coupon codes, and discounts are subject to their own terms and may be modified or ended at any time.

Orders & Payment

An order is an offer to purchase the selected products. We may accept or reject orders at our sole discretion, including for suspected fraud, product unavailability, or errors. Order acceptance occurs when we send a dispatch/shipping confirmation.

We accept payments via M‑Pesa and Cash on Delivery (COD). Additional methods (such as bank transfer or card) may be offered from time to time and will be displayed at checkout. For COD orders, the courier or rider may collect the payable amount upon delivery. Where required, we may request identity or payment verification to protect against fraud.

Shipping & Delivery

We deliver nationwide within Kenya using trusted couriers and rider networks. Orders placed by 3:00 pm (EAT) are typically processed the same day; orders placed after 3:00 pm are processed the next day. Estimated delivery times: Nairobi County—same day or next day; other counties—next day; remote/outlying areas—1–2 days depending on courier routing. Delivery occurs between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm.

Risk of Loss & Title

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address you provided or upon handover to you (or your designated recipient). Title to products transfers when payment is received in full. Please ensure your address and contact information are accurate and that someone is available to receive the delivery.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please review that policy for eligibility, timeframes, and the step‑by‑step process (including any conditions such as keeping items unused, with tags, and in original packaging). Where applicable, refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Warranties & Disclaimers

Some products may include a manufacturer’s warranty; details (if any) are provided with the product. Except as expressly stated, our products and services are provided on an “as‑is” and “as‑available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Kenyan law, Trendy Outdoor Tactical, its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of our website or purchase of products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Prohibited Uses & Compliance

You agree not to misuse the website or purchase products for unlawful purposes. You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including any age‑based or licensing requirements applicable to specific items. We do not sell firearms or explosives. Where certain tools or accessories are age‑restricted under Kenyan law, by purchasing you confirm you meet the legal requirements.

All content on our website—including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, product names, and software—is the property of Trendy Outdoor Tactical or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We handle personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019. By using our website or placing an order, you consent to our processing of your data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for order fulfillment, customer support, fraud prevention, and marketing where permitted.

Force Majeure
