Where We Deliver

We deliver nationwide within Kenya via trusted couriers and rider networks.

International shipping isn’t available at the moment.

Order Processing & Cut-Off Time

Same-day processing for all fully confirmed and paid orders placed by 3:00 pm (EAT).

Orders placed after 3:00 pm (EAT) are processed the next day.

We operate 7 days a week, 8:00 am – 8:00 pm, including weekends and most holidays.

Delivery Speeds (Estimated)

Nairobi & surrounding areas: Same day (if ordered by 3:00 pm) or next day.

Other towns in Kenya: Typically next day.

Remote/Outlying locations: 1–2 days depending on courier routing.

These are estimates; severe weather or rare courier disruptions may add a short delay. If a significant delay is expected, we’ll contact you by phone or email.

Delivery Fee (Flat Rate)

KSh 1,000 per order, nationwide.

The delivery fee is clearly shown at checkout before you pay.

No additional handling or packaging fees.

Tracking & Order Updates

Once dispatched, you’ll receive SMS and/or email with your tracking number or rider details.

Tracking is usually active within 24 hours of dispatch.

Delivery Window & Attempts

Deliveries occur between 9:00 am and 8:00 pm.

If the courier is unable to reach you at the provided address/phone, a redelivery will be arranged. Please ensure your phone is on and the delivery address is accurate.

Address Types We Don’t Serve

P.O. Boxes and unpinned locations without a reachable phone contact cannot be delivered. Please provide a clear address, landmark, and working phone number.

How We Calculate Your Estimated Arrival

Estimated arrival date = Processing time (based on 3:00 pm cut-off) + Delivery time (per your town).
Example: Order to Mombasa at 1:00 pm → processed same day → typically arrives next day.
